1. Agreement to Terms: These Terms govern your use of the MH Soccer Training and LittleGood mobile applications. By downloading, installing, or using the Apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Apps.
02. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Apps and their original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Martin Hasenpflug.
03. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You are responsible for your use of the Apps and for any consequences thereof:
Device Security
You are responsible for keeping your phone secure. We strongly advise against "jailbreaking" or "rooting", as it may compromise security and functionality.
Data & Charges
Functions require internet. You are responsible for data charges (including roaming). If you aren't the bill payer, we assume you have permission.
Device Power
Keep your device charged. We cannot be held liable if you cannot use the Apps because your battery has run out.

The Apps use third-party services (e.g., for payments) which have their own Terms of Service:
05. UPDATES & TERMINATION
We are committed to making the Apps efficient. We reserve the right to make changes or charge for services (with clear communication) at any time.
- You agree to accept updates when offered.
- We do not guarantee updates for every OS version.
- We may terminate the use of the Apps at any time without notice.
06. DISCLAIMER
The Apps are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for accuracy, we rely on third parties for some data.
We accept no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying wholly on the functionality of the Apps.

We may update our Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted here. Continued use of the Apps constitutes acceptance.
